Really easy going flatmate who works in catering so he's out of the house a lot, it's like having the place to yourself!
I have been working in Mayfair and it only takes me 20 minutes to get into work on tube and less than an hour to walk. I coulnd't believe my luck when I found a place so central at such a great price! I'm only having to move due to work!
Bills are minimal, we've never turned on the heating as the convenience shop underneath keeps the flat toasty.
Great little park opposite for a bit of green space too... Wonderful in the sun!
