Hello,

My flatmate is moving away and I am looking for a new flatmate starting early December (flexible with the moving date).
The flat is a 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms wooden floor, ground level, tucked away on quiet Bacon Street, seconds away from Brick Lane and Shoreditch High street, with a very spacious living room and nicely equipped kitchen. There is a terrace leading to a shared court yard grass garden.
The room is very spacious and furnished with lots of storage, it's bright with a glass double door leading to the garden, and an ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower.

The flat is very quiet despite being at the heart of shoreditch, and very nice to live in. There is gas and central heating and pressure in the pipes.
It's very close to Brick Lane, Redchurch street, Curtain Road, Old Street areas, with all the nice bars and restaurants around,
walking distance (~10 min) to Liverpool Street, lots to do and discover.

A little about me: I'm 34, I have been living in London for the past 7 years and loving it, I work in academic research.
Quite relaxed and easy going, love socialising at some local pub after work or on week ends.
I smoke but we don't smoke in the flat, the terrace is confy and covered.

I'm looking for a professional in his/her 30s, who is easy going and social :-)
