Double Room on Brick lane in social household

We have two double rooms now available for new flatmates in our wonderful house right on Brick Lane. The rooms are available from 15th November .

The house is a big pre-Georgian building that used to be a pub; there are 8 double bedrooms, an amazing roof terrace and a large kitchen/ communal space.

Prices: £660 and £710 and bills are around £75 a month at the moment (this covers all utilities, council tax, broadband and bathroom/kitchen supplies etc.)..

Part of us work 9 to 5, others are more freelance professionals (interpreted broadly...working in copy, film, music, travelling and strategic planning) aged between 30s and 40s. We are looking for people of a similar lifestyle and age (from 30-40) to move into our happy home.
Ideally we are looking for females, to keep the gender balance in the house.
