About the flat:
This unique live/work unit used to be offices and has now been converted into a spacious flat, we have no TV but instead, project everything onto a 2x2m canvas, we have a generous kitchen with all the usual appliances and fast broadband all included. The flat is on the second floor however we have a lift for those heavier items.

Us as flatmates:
You will be sharing with two pretty easy going male professionals aged 30 and 31, one of which works from home for the majority of the weekdays. We are pretty social however respect one another's privacy. We enjoy group meals and movie nights.

Ideally looking for a couple to take the room but we are open to single occupants.
