£610 Double room Bricklane living room balcony

Hey

I am about to leave London mid September and i looking for someone to take my room over. I am pretty flexible with dates, but am hoping to have this done and dusted by 11th Sept

The room comes kitted with standard furniture PLUS shared access to large living room/balcony/kitchen

Housemates are amazing, 1 English guy and a couple

The room doesnt include bills, but from shouldnt be more than £30 month max

The flat is close enough to bricklane to justify rolling out of bed and stumbling into the market for breakfast but just far enough to get a decent nights sleep

Really spoiled for transportation links with east London line, district line, Hammer-smith all in 5 mins walk. Though if your desperate to get to the centre asap (and too lazy to walk) the central line is 5mins away

Really warm area, with kids playing outside and young ppl hanging out in parks nearby
