Huge room available in brick lane house!

Our housemate is leaving and we are looking for another to replace her in our home!

It's a spacious 4 bed house situated just off brick lane. We love the house, it has a lot of character, cosy and very homey!

There are 3 floors. On the bottom floor is a huge kitchen where we spend a lot of our evenings relaxing together, a small snug area with a sofa and arm chair, and a huge flat screen tv, and a bathroom. From the kitchen you can go into our garden where we have a BBQ a sofa and two arm chairs which was ideal in the summer!
There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor and another 2 on the top floor and a bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet.

The room available is the largest room in the house. This is a very spacious double, with a window stretching across the back wall allowing it to be very bright and airy. It has a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a dressing table/desk.

The house is perfect location, a 5 minute walk to Shoreditch overground, seconds from brick lane, and a 15 minute walk to Liverpool street or Bethnal green station. There is also a new Sainsburys on brick lane and a Tescos within a 5 minute walk. There are numerous bars, pubs, clubs, cafes, restaurants and shops to choose from. Everything you need is in very close proximity!

Current housemates- Andy is 25, a planning engineer from Sydney. Charlotte is 22 and shares a room with Andy and is just finishing her last few weeks at Uni. Sam is 25, a design engineer from England, and Elle is 25 and works in Digital Marketing.

We are looking for someone who can slot into our home. Generally just people who are laid back, up for a laugh but also respect privacy and hygiene.
