1 cozy double room for rent near Brick Lane

Hi there!

I am leaving my (pretty nice) double room as I am moving in with my boyfriend...needless to say that I would have happily stayed in other circumstances as our flat is only minutes away from Brick Lane/Liverpool Street, a short walk away from cool Shoreditch and close to all local amenities with good connexions to central London via District, Hammersmith & City, Central and Circle Line.

The room is fitted with a wardrobe, a mirror, 2 shelving units, 1 chest of drawers, a double bed and a desk and chair. A big window and no carpet come as a definite plus!

The flat is multilingual and flatmates speak English, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese and a little bit of French. They are all very friendly and enjoy some bonding time, although they are also all very busy, hence why we've never had trouble with the kitchen/bathroom schedules as we all work different hours.

Rent is £600 per month without bills. Bills are about 60 pounds, a bit more or a bit less sometimes depending on the months.
I would ask for 1 month upfront + 1 month deposit.
