My flatmate is moving out so I'm looking for someone to take over her room. I'm 26 years old, been living in the flat for 2years now and work in Marketing.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, bookshelves and a wardrobe.

The flat comprises of a bathroom with power shower over bath, separate kitchen (fully equipped with toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine) and a comfy living room with two sofas and coffee table. The flat also has a massive rooftop terrace which is great in summer.

The location is excellent as we are on Brick Lane with lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets close by. Aldgate East Station is a 2mins walk and Aldgate and Liverpool Street Stations are also within walking distance.

The flat was unfurnished when we moved in so we ask that you'd take over (half of) the furniture (£650).

- 3 months bank statements

- previous landlord reference
