Double Room to let for a month in Brick Ln

Double room, 9.5m2, in Brick Lane to rent for a month in a shared flat.

I'm moving out of London for work for a month, from the 13th of December till the 12th of January.

I need to rent my room come hell or high water that's why I'm offering it at such a cheap price!

Minimum stay time 2 weeks. That said, I prefer to rent the room for a whole month and I'm going to give priority to those who are interested in renting the room for an entire month.

3' walk from Aldgate East
7' walk to Whitechapel, Shoreditch and Aldgate
10' walk from Liverpool Street Station
15' walt to The City area
30' commute to central London

The flat is located in an adjacent street to Brick Ln so really close to Shoreditch and it's night life but really quiet at the same time.

All the bills included as well as broadband internet.

Furnished: king size bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail, desk, chair and mirror.
I'll leave the room clean and completely empty of my stuff.
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. No living or dining room tho.

We're two girls and a guy living in the flat. All professionals, architect, graphic designer and sound engineer.

We're looking for a flatmate who has similar interests and is keen to socialize and, here and there, go out to grab drinks!
