Large Double room in central Brixton

Large double room available from early May on a quiet road in central Brixton, near the Effra Hall Pub and just 7 minutes' walk to the tube and the Village, and just around the corner from Brockwell Park.

We are Niels (Renewable Energy) and Paul (Educational Charity) and are looking for someone to replace our existing housemate, who has decided to make the big leap into domestic bliss and move in with his girlfriend.

We have been living in London for the last 6/7 years, and together in Brixton for the last couple of years. We enjoy live music, cinema, the outdoors and often go out for a drink around Brixton. We both have mates in the area and sometimes have drinks round ours, bbq's in the summer (we have a nice garden!) etc. We are looking for someone similar, in their late-twenties to early-thirties, who is happy to socialise with us as well as living with us; it's not a party house but we don't hide away in our rooms either.

The room is a big, bright double room, with large windows. There is a large living room and separate kitchen with patio doors out to the garden, and one shared bathroom.

The rent is £700, and bills average out around £100 per month (council tax, water, gas, electricity, virgin media, internet). We also have a fortnightly cleaner which costs £12 each.
