A room in a great Brockley mews house.

I have been renting this great two bedroom Brockley mews house for over a year. It is on a brick cobbled lane behind the main shopping street. No distance at all to the main station, and local amenities including some of Brockley's best shops, restaurants and bars. On the ground floor are two good double rooms, and a bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bath. Upstairs is a large open plan living area with kitchen. There is a walled backyard, that is currently home to my table tennis table.

I am going to be away for six months, and I need someone to sublet my room while I am gone.

You will be sharing with my good friend, who is a music journalist. He has two children who stay over at the house every now and again.
