We have a very lovely room available for rent for one person. from August 27th - Sep 27th.

The room french double doors with direct access to the patio and huge private sunny garden with lawn, fruit trees and wilderness. The ground floor flat is newly refurbished, incl. washing machine, and high-speed internet and all rooms have white walls and wooden floors. The kitchen, bathroom, and dining room is shared with the three other occupants. The patio and garden is only used by the occupants of the flat. This place is amasing, and even more so during the summer months - the patio and garden is perfect for BBQ's, enjoying the sun, a glass of wine in the sunset or just for getting in the country side spirit.

You will share the rest of the house with two-three of the permanent occupants during your stay in September. They are very friendly, post-grads/documentary maker/artists/pro's.

5 mins walk from Brockley station, connecting to London Bridge (8 mins) and the new London Overground (Canada Water in 7 mins). Zone 2.

Supermarket, Cafés, Restaurants & Bars close-by. Hilly Fields Park and Brockley Market around the corner.
