The rent of £550pcm includes all bills and weekly laundering of towels and bed linen. There is one other Mon-Fri tenant and the landlord, who is forty-something and easy going.
The property, an 1840’s maisonette in the heart of the conservation area, is conveniently situated 3 mins walk from Brockley station, which is in Zone 2 and provides good links to the City, Canary Wharf and the underground network.
