This is a cosy newly decorated home in Brockley zone 2, 8 minutes walk to Brockley station with trains taking 9 minutes to London Bridge and easy access to the East London Line. There is also a bus stop 30 seconds walk from the front door for the 343 and 272.

Great local amenities and trendy local pubs nearby, but it is a quiet residential street and has lovely green parks around the corner.

The house is tidy, quiet and clean, we are chilled out and it's where we call home. We like to go out for drinks and do our own thing, and sometimes share a glass of wine and socialise at home. We also like a bit of our own space and respect housemate's space too.

Your room is freshly painted with new carpets, a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, it can be fully furnished like this or part furnished, whatever you would prefer :-)

There is a modern bathroom with seperate toilet and also a newly installed downstairs toilet.
