Room available for 3 nights a week (Mon-Thurs).

I am looking for a courteous and friendly individual to share my two bedroom house in Brockley. The house is an 8 minute walk from New Cross Station which gets you to London Bridge in 5 minutes or Canary Wharf in 10.

The house is homely and quite spacious, both bedrooms have huge en-suits with walk in showers so you have your own facilities to use.

There is on street parking and a choice of 4 train stations within 10 minutes walk.

I am very clean and expect the house to be kept as tidy as reasonably possible; I will wash the bedding/towels as and when required over the weekend so you would not have to worry about that. Of course I will be very respectful of lodgers privacy and the room is nice and quiet.

The price includes all bills so it’s nice and easy. I have 60mb fibre broadband.

I am a 29 year old professional working in Canary Wharf, I go to the gym most mornings then come home mid evening to cook. I work hard during the week and leave socialising for the weekend.

I will of course be able to email/whatsapp more photos and my previous tenant is happy to provide a positive (and honest!) review.
