Double Room Available In Trendy Brockley Area

Hi,

I am moving out, so I am looking someone to replace me as soon as possible!

The room is a good-sized double room with nice high ceilings, which gives the room a great sense of space.
The house is very large with a garden outside, which will be perfect for summer.

The house also has free parking outside, so good if you have a car.
Transport links are also good. The house is 5 mins from Crofton Park train station (Direct trains to farringdon) and 10 minutes from Brockley Overground station.
171 and 172 bus routes also easily take you into the city centre.

Bills are not included in monthly rent, but we usually pay every 3 months £75, so not too expensive. WIFI is included (as I have already paid the full year) and TV license has already been paid as well!

This room will be particularly good for any students at Goldsmiths university, as it is in walking distance and 4 of the girls already go there.
