The house is located near the Telegraph Hill Park.
There is shared use of the bathroom, kitchen/living room and garden. The kitchen fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dinning table and chairs, cutlery, plates, pots, pans etc.

The house is an early Victorian building. We're 5 mins walk from Brockley Station (for London Bridge and the East London Line), 10 mins from Nunhead (for Victoria) and a 10 min walk down to the buses at New Cross - so really good connections into town.

Brockley buses 171, 172 and 122 are very close by
 also parking(free) many coffee shops, supermarket, barbers and hairdressers, post office and takeaways around the area.
