I am looking to share this lovely and comfortable three bedrooms house with garden front and back, good size kitchen and bathroom, large living room and plenty of storage room.
This is not a tiny house, it has nice large rooms and good living spaces.
5 minutes walk to Brockley station and 10 to Nunhead
The house is in a quiet and green road, no noises no traffic, good neighbours and perfect position.
I am looking for sociable cool flatmates but no every week party people, friends coming over for brunch, tea, dinner and BBQ are common. Loud parties only couple at year.
Easygoing and happy house but with some basic good living together rules, if you prefer cleaning of the common areas can be included as are included toilet paper and cleaning products for the house.
