If needed it can be fully furnished or non-furnished, depending on what the prospective house mate would like to bring.
The house has 4 bedrooms, separate living room, open plan kitchen and dining area, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, conservtaory and large back garden.
There's also plenty of storage space in basement and loft.
The house is located on the same street as Telegraph Hill Park, in-between Brockley and Nunhead train stations. Brockley station a five minute walk, and Nunhead around ten.
Peckham and New Cross can be reached in ten minutes.
There are three others in the house, 2 working (freelance editor / film maker & PR at Southbank Centre, other doing PhD). Everyone is sociable and friendly, but still incredibly independent.
Rent does not include Utilities (water, gas and electricity) and Council Tax.
Deposit is one months rent in advance (500).
