Large double room available in our basement flat in Brockley. £535 a month not including bills (around £80 extra). Available from September 7th.

The room is fully furnished, it has a small walk-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed and wooden shutters on the window.

Sadly our current flatmate is leaving us in September. You’ll be living with two (both male) working professionals in our mid 20's. We're pretty quiet during the week but like to go out at weekends. Our main interests are eating, drinking and sleeping.
