Double room in lovely terrace house in Brockley

Hello!

We're two 30 yr old professional female friends looking for a third, friendly, clean & tidy housemate to join us in our lovely mid terraced house in Brockley.
We have a good sized lawn garden, huge open plan living room / dining room, FREE off road parking and we're less than 5 mins away from Brockley station for trains and overground (9 mins to London Bridge)
If you don't know it Brockley is a very sweet community with a few lovely independent bars, restaurants and shops. Telegraph Hill and Hilly Fields are less than 10 mins walk away.
We are sociable and friendly (long term friends from the same hometown) we prefer a night at the pub rather than partying the night away. We like cooking and the odd BBQ and garden party. Both professionals we may be out a few nights a week for work drinks. Also into sports (running, yoga, classes etc), music gigs and days out in London.
New tenants would need to pay 6 week deposit and subject to references and credit checks with the letting agency on a 12 months contract.
