Hi, My Name is Gonje, I am a female living in a 2 bedroom house over 3 floors.

Your room is a bright double furnished room(new chest of drawers and clothes rail also included but not seen in photo) there's also a shared kitchen/dining room, shared bathroom a living room and a (reasonably!) well kept and lovely garden.

The house is 2 minute walk from Brockley station (zone 2). We are 6 minutes from Canada Water (jubilee line), 10 minutes from London Bridge, and 15 minutes from Whitechapel/Shoreditch. There is also a night bus that goes to central London.

Brockley is a very green area with lovely parks and a nice selection of home grown cafes/bars and restaurants.

Rent, council tax, water rates, internet, Gas (but not electric because thats on a PAYG meter, which we take in turns to top up) all £650 per month. Moving in date would ideally at the end March/beginning of April - can be a little flexible. Rent is payable in advance and thereafter on the 26th of each month. There's a £200security deposit payable.

As for me, I'm a 34 year old female, and a post graduate student. I also work and make art too. I'm laid back about most things and would like a housemate who is free thinking, independent, but also doesn't mind hanging out every so often over food, drinks and a laughter.
