Quiet Spacious Double in Brockley

Hi there!

One of our housemates is leaving us and we're looking for a new person to join our friendly houseshare in Brockley this September.

The room is a spacious, unfurnished, quiet, garden-facing double near Telegraph Hill Park.

Other housemates are all friends and have been house-sharing for a couple of years together. We're friendly, social, tidy designers, makers, urbanist, and photographer.

We've got fibre-optic wifi, huge kitchen, garden, and plenty of storage space. House is 2 mins away from Brockley Station (Overground, London Bridge trains), Telegraph Hill Park is 5 mins away, with plenty of shops & cafes around and Goldsmiths a walking distance away.

Move-in date is 12 of September. Monthly rent is £452, bills and council tax are not included, but will come to approx. £80 a month depending on the season. There's also a deposit of £564.

We're looking for someone who knows how to share the house. That means evenly taking responsibility for all the house stuff, as well as making a dinner or bbq and having a social together sometimes :)
