Hey, I'm looking for a couple to take the ensuite room in my flat from Nov 11. If you're interested I'd love to hear from you and we can arrange to meet up for a viewing. A few of the most notable features are:

- two underground parking spaces, I'm not using either at the moment
- the flat is on an island with water on all sides
- there's a corner window in the living room
