We have a ROOM TO RENT AVAILABLE NOW in a VERY NICE APARTMENT at 1 minute (walking distance) from Bromley-by-Bow tube station (Zone 2). Postcode: E3 3 BZ
We are happy that we made a good deal in taking this flat but we still need a fourth person to join us and split the rent.
We are two italian friends, Andrea, 28, which will be doing a Master at Birbeck Uni, and Er (Emanuele), 29, which will be here until December for a visiting exchange. The third flatmate Sebastian is german, 20, and will be working here.
The room is a large double room for single use and the price is 610 pcm. The room is fully furnished, it has a double bed, a desk and a guardrobe. The best we have in the flat!
Bills are excluded but we calculated won't be over 50 pounds per month (depending on the 4th flatmate, we may or may not have to pay the council tax).
