Amazing room! Modern flat w/living room! NW6

Our flatmate is moving and thus making her room in our modern flat up available!

The Room:
The room is technically a single room although it's fairly spacious and includes a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. And what advert would be complete without saying that it has high ceilings (it actually does, like, really high).

The flat:
The flat is newly refurbished to a high-spec and is very modern. The communal space comprises of a large living room joined to a dining / kitchen area which is also very spacious. The kitchen is equipped with all mod-cons (washing machine/dryer, hob/oven/grill, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, all brand new). There is also a private decking area which leads out to a communal garden.

The area:
The flat is in Zone 2 and has excellent transport links to central London being perfectly situated between two stations (Queens Park Barkerloo/Overground & Brondesbury Park Oveground). Local shops are 5 minutes away with a Sainsburys, gym, bars, post office etc.

The flatmates:
We are 2 guys, both professionals and in our early thirties. One a designer/developer working in Camden and the other HR working for IKEA. We are both quite busy individuals so we're not really in the house much. However we do enjoy a bit of banter, food, a beer (or ten) whenever we bump into each other. We're both good conversationalists, well-cultured, clean and tidy, and easy-going.

About our future flatmate:
We are looking for a professional between 25-38ish. Ideally somebody that is clean and tidy, somebody mature and seasoned in house-sharing. Our flat is our home, a quiet place to rest and relax, so we'd prefer our new flatmate to be over the party phase of their lives. It would also be nice to find somebody a bit easy-going who wouldn't mind joining in a bit of banter, some board games, a drink and dinner here or there.

Rent is £796PCM and bills are around £120PCM which includes everything (gas, electricity, council tax, water, broadband, tv license)

The room is available immediately. The lease for the flat is due for renewal at the end of October at which point we'll decide if we want to keep it rolling.

So, to summarize: Awesome newly refurbished flat, modern, with living room, with garden, in an awesome location with two awesome flatmates!
