Spacious Double Available in Friendly Flatshare

I've decided to take the plunge and move in with my boyfriend, so my room has come up for grabs.

You'll be sharing with Sophie, Martine and Fran - 3 lovely girls who are always up for a glass of wine of an evening. Sophie and Martine are both PAs in the West End and Fran works as the manager of a private members club on the Kings Road.

Location wise, Brondesbury Park (overground) is a two minute walk, with Kilburn (Jubilee line) and Queen's Park (Bakerloo line) stations just under a 10 minute walk away. There's no need to ever worry about tube closures or engineering works again with so much choice!

My room is CAVERNOUS and comes fully furnished (double bed, 3 shelving units, a 3 seater sofa, wardrobe, ottoman and a desk and chair). It also has 2 huge sash windows, filling the room with light on even the gloomiest of days.

The flat forms part of a large Victorian house, so is filled with beautiful stripped wooden floors and doors, huge sash windows, high ceilings and fireplaces. It was fully refurbished before we moved in, so everything is in really good condition. The bathroom and kitchen were both brand new and provide all the space and ameneties you could need (including a dish washer). We also have a separate laundry room just down the stairs from our flat, which means there's plenty of space for storing any cleaning equipment and we're never bothered by the sound of a washing machine :D

So moving on to the outside (and this is where things start to get REALLY good) we have a huge shared garden complete with trampoline, fire pit, BBQ and (occasionally) sun. There is also an off road parking space!

Rent for the room is £595/ month exc. bills (bills come to approximately £55/ month).

The room is available pretty much whenever you want it (I can be flexible on dates, but need to move before 29th August).
