A friendly household, sharing with 1 other! The property is nicely decorated and maintained with a large kitchen including table to socialise (we do not have a lounge). We have a cleaner once a fortnight and this is included in the bills. 10 mins walk to Peckham Rye or Denmark Hill stations (we are in the middle!). Really good bus and train transport links: Victoria takes 15 mins, London Bridge 7 mins, Blackfriars (Thameslink) 15 mins, Shoreditch (Overland) 20mins. Kings College Hospital is 10 mins walking distance. Street permit parking available. Close to shops, bars and restaurants of popular Bellingdon Road, Lordship Lane, East Dulwich, Camberwell, Peckham Rye high street and Denmark Hill are all within a short walking distance.

Usual stuff… washing machine, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, TV licence, wifi broadband. £685 incl all bills (this includes a cleaner).

Short term let only, ie. for one month. 29th March to 30th April - one month rent of £685. So you get 3 days days extra!

I am the owner, and I keep a small room in the flat which I occasionally use (I am based down in Brighton for most of the time). This means I can maintain and organise everything 'flat-wise' without you having to worry about it! :)
