I am only looking for young working professionals. No students, sorry. The room is available to a couple, only, since we split the rent three ways.

The rent is £505. 55 per person, pcm (£1011. 10 in total for two people) and the deposit is £760. 00 per person (£1520. 00 in total for two people). The rent does not include bills etc., which are about £90 per month. A deposit and reference checks will also be required.

The property is managed by private landlords, so no agency fees or trouble!
