Double room in a 3-bed basement flat in the heart of Camberwell. Right next to banks, a massive Morrisons, off-licenses, Nandos, lovely pubs and so much more.

You're about 5 minutes from Oval station by bus, a short walk to Denmark Hill overground station, and about 30-40 minutes from Central London by bus. And if you're a cyclist it's even better - I cycle and love it.

It's a smallish room but still big enough to accommodate a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk. There's a decent-sized kitchen and living room and outdoor space.

The current flatmate a will be James (male, English, 24) and Will (male, English, 24) . I am an actor but also work as a duty manager at the Southwark Playhouse and also at the OvalHouse Theatre. As for Will he works in PR for Microsoft. I am clean, friendly and a little funny (I'm not but laugh anyway). I'm looking for more than just a housemate, someone to share time with on our free days, perhaps.

The room is ready to move on 22/07/14. The rent is due on the 22nd of each month.

Last year we paid around à‚ÂÂÂ £50-60 per month on all bills. I'll give a break down when we see you.

I accept students but only on the condition that they pay council tax.
