Large Modern Double Room with En Suite, Camberwell

Hello There,

My current flatmate of the past year is venturing off into the big wide world so I'm looking for someone to fill the spot.

It's a modern, 2 bedroom flat with a shared living room and kitchen area. The flat is about 5 mins walk from Camberwell Green, 10 mins from Denmark Hill Station and 15 mins from Loughborough Junction Station.

The room offered is a fully furnished, large double room with en suite.

Bills usually come in at around £100 a month so that brings the total for the room to approximately £720 per month including bills.

I'm 28 years old, working in finance and ideally I'm looking for someone in a similar sort of position. I'm afraid the room isn't available to couples but beyond that I don't really mind.

I'm a tidy fella, not afraid to use a hoover and enjoy spending time with the people I live with watching films and sharing a beer. That being said, I like my own space occasionally and respect others' needs for the same.

When the weather's good I'm often away climbing at the weekend but I'm usually around for at least a couple of evenings during the week. When not climbing, music is a real passion of mine so I go to a fair few gigs and like to explore new music.
