Single Room in Camberwell, Short-let

Hiya,

I've got a single room available for short-term let in the Camberwell/ Oval area. It is part of a 4-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and bathroom.

I am leaving my room for the holidays, so it can be let anytime from 3 August to 20 September. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who can stay for most of this period.

First, a bit about the surroundings – it’s about 5-10 minutes away from Oval tube station and a stone’s throw from Camberwell New Road and Camberwell Road, where you’ll find buses that go into Central London, including night buses. From Oval station, you're about 10-20 minutes away by tube from Central London locations.

You’ve also got your pubs, restaurants and supermarkets (the closest are Co-operative, Iceland, a few Tescos) + there’s a pretty cool culinary market going on every Saturday next to Oval station.

And for nature-lovers, you’ve got 2 large parks nearby – Kennington park and Burgess park.

The single room will be £400/ month or £120/ week if the stay is less than a month. It’s on the first floor, it’s got a single bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a lot of sunshine (it's summer, yay).

(Note: bills and wireless included)

The kitchen is pretty huge, it’s got a lot of storage space, a cooker and oven, a fridge, a washing machine, water boiler, a table with chairs, plus a lovely couch.

There is one ("complete") bathroom, upstairs, split in two rooms: toilet + bathtub and sink.

There’s also storage space for suitcases and other stuff.

That said, we don't have any specific demands of our temporary tenant, only that they be tidy, considerate towards the flatmates and careful with household items.
