We have a beautiful, large light double bedroom in a lovely four bedroom house in Brixton. It's on the second floor, has a beautiful wooden floor, two large windows and is fully furnished with wardrobe, shelving and chest of drawers.

The house is a victorian terrace with large kitchen, separate living room, and garden, and has lots of space to store bicycles inside. It's midway between Camberwell and Brixton and easy walking distance to Loughborough Junction and Denmark Hill, where you can get the overground to East London & Clapham Junction or train to central london and Kings Cross. We're about two minutes from Ruskin Park and a brilliant pub called the Cambria and then there are lots of brilliant food markets in Brixton, Camberwell and Herne Hill.

I've been living here two years and have loved it - but am in the process of buying a flat nearby so have to move out. My flat mates are great. They are two guys (27 & 31) and a girl (26) who like cooking, climbing, cycling, guitars and growing things in the garden and are looking for someone who's friendly and wants to treat the house as a home.

The room's available from the 22nd April and the new tenant will need to be able to pay a deposit of £790 and provide references and proof of income. All viewings will take place on Sunday 6th April and Monday 7th April between 6: 30 and 8: 30 pm.
