Hi, I have a spacious double room available until the 1st August 2014. I have paid upfront until the 1st August and I paid £200 without any bills included, HOWEVER, I will drop the price £150 as Im moving out on the 24th April and looking to make at least some money back! The contract is ending on the 1st August, but if you are interested this may be able to be extended but this will have to be discussed with the Landlord. The house is located in Camberwell, opposite there is a beautiful park. A small front garden, and a reasonably big back garden with a built in BBQ. One shared bathroom, very large living area, with a dining table, modern kitchen which was only recently put in. Available for viewing!
ALSO The SECOND bedroom is also available. this is a two bedroom house, and my housemate is also moving out around the same time as i am, so he is also looking for replacement and would also be willing to drop his price from £200 to £150.
