Large double in friendly flat share

A large double room is available in a three bedroom flat in Camberwell/Oval. I am moving in with my boyfriend and looking for a replacement to take over the room living with my two friends.

The room is one of three equal sized big doubles in a top (third) floor period flat in Camberwell. The flat has a good sized living room and big kitchen with dining space (so two reception rooms). There is one bathroom, a small balcony off the kitchen, and also a communal garden shared with the rest of the building (the neighbours are nice!). Period features make the flat homely. The room itself comes with a double bed, large shelved wardrobe, second hanging wardrobe, and bedside cabinet.

It's a great location, twelve minutes walk from Oval station and five or less to Camberwell Green. The area has great buses and can take you from right outside the court towards Vauxhall/Victoria/Paddington or from Camberwell Green to Central, East and West London, or the other direction to Brixton and Clapham. Camberwell has a great selection of pubs and restaurants.

The flatmates are two young professional males, interested in music, film, sport, travel, cooking and going out. They are good friends of mine and the flat best suits someone easy going and keen for the occasional drink. We found a mixed flat of two guys and a girl works really well so would ideally like a female to replace me.

The rent is is £667 a month, with six weeks deposit required. There are some agent fees for referencing and admin but not huge and work out about £110. The contract has a six month minimum term. The flat has unlimited broadband and BT TV.
