One cheap double bedroom in a warm house

Hi there,

we are living in Oval, 10 minutes away from Vauxhall Station and 15 minutes away from Victoria Station.
Our flat is a council house, so hot water bill is included and also the heating. It is amazingly warm in winter and that is one of the reasons for what we love this place so much. Another reason is that it is very cheap to be zone two and very well connected.
The neighbourhood is quiet as it is residencial. However if you want to go out or drink something you have vauxhall, london bridge and peckham really near.
The flat has a big kitchen, a living room, four bedrooms, one bathroom and another one just for the toilet ( which is very useful).
Hot water included, and for the cold water we are paying seven pounds per month ( no jokes)
wifi and heating included. We would have to pay just the electricity and the council taxes, but one of the flatmates in an student so we get a discount also on that.
The room is very big and fully furnished.
We got washing machine, microwave a big table in the kitchen and also terrace. There are also parking, in case you have got car.
The flat has a lot of light because of the big big windows, which is nice.
There is also a park in front and also behind, we have a view of the park from the bedrooms and is also good to enjoy a picnic on summer.

We are a spanish and an italian girl. Before we were living with our australian friends but they have got to come back :(
Right now we got two single beds in the double room because the girls were sharing but if you are a couple and you want a double mattress our landlady will be happy to put it in the room. She is totally helpfull.

About us, Alice is a student, she is at St. Martins doing illustration.
I am working in Saatchi Gallery and in a highschool as an spanish teacher. I think that we are pretty easy-going and we like easy-going people, we like to chill out, have a glass of wine together and chat and we love travelling.
We have to work a lot during the week but we also like to go out every now and then.
You can come anytime to visit the house and also check us out! We will be happy to meet you, we want to start looking for someone asap as for us the people who you live with are the most important part of the house. So we want to keep the high standard ha, ha.
