Hello,

I decided to move to Istanbul for 3 months, and my flatmate decided to move to France. However we are renting the rooms individually, so even though right now both of the rooms are available, the other one could be rented later on.

The house is an old Victorian house with a refurbished kitchen and an amazing garden. The living room is massive and includes a gas fireplace that is fully functioning. The shared bathroom is quite big and has a full size bath. As we already live there, there is cutlery, plates, glasses, oven, gas hobs, microwave, kettle etc. available for you to use.

The garden is well maintained and includes a stone grill if you want to do BBQ.
Furthermore, the house is located next to Myatts Park (A really pleasant park with tennis courts etc.) 3 mins walking distance to Camberwell Green, where you can find busses that literally go nearly anywhere in London. There is a lot of little convenience stores around the house, and a really big Morrison's Supermarket in Camberwell Green.

The house is available until 1st of August 2014.

The house is in 5 Mins walking distance to Camberwell College Of Arts and will be really practical for students.

This will be perfect for a couple or individual who wants to stay in London for a summer and enjoy it.
