Lovely house available for rent by a group of 5 people :) .. the house was newly renovated in 2013 including new carpets, new kitchen etc, includes a great pink smeg fridge and nice vintage furniture.

The rooms are partly furnished (they all have a double mattress and bed frame and a cupboard or wardrobe for clothes) and are cleanly and neutrally decorated. There's a good sized living/dining room, two full bathrooms and a big secure bikeshed.

The house is located in Camberwell with good access to town, art colleges, King's College Hospital and Camberwell/Brixton for eating and drinking. Denmark Hill station is 15 mins walk providing easy access to East London (on London Overground), Oval (northern line) is 20mins walk, and hundreds of buses going in all directions leave from Camberwell Green.

The rent for the whole house is £2750/month and there is an additional £30/month per person for utilities (gas electric, water, council tax, broadband wifi), making the house total £2900/month.

6 months minimum.

All rooms available March 1st 2015, there will be one contract for the whole house, so you'll need to be a group of five friends or have buddy-ups arranged.

All rooms are single occupancy.
