I have a lovely bright double room to rent. The room includes a large chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a double bed, a bed side table (this can be swapped for another chest of drawers if more storage space is needed) and a full length mirror.

Location: The flat is handily located 8 minutes away from Denmark Hill - so easy access to Clapham Junction, Victoria, Elephant and Castle and East London. We're also 10 minutes from Loughborough Junction which is 12 mins to central london (blackfriars, City Thameslink) and we are 10 minutes away from East Dulwich which will get you to London Bridge. The bus links from Camberwell are fantastic. The flat is literally right outside Valmour road bus stop, which is served by buses 45, 345, 35 (buses to peckham, shoreditch and kings cross - you can get everywhere you need really easily from this flat.

Bills: come to roughly £90 per month (TV £6, Gas & Elec £30, Council tax £38, water £10, unlimited broadband £6)

You'll be living with me (female young professional, sociable, sporty and tidy) The potential flatmate will be a sociable person who'd be happy to have a glass of wine in the evening
