Excellent transport links to Central London and all over South London, with dozens of buses to choose from, and ten minutes walk away from Kennington, Elephant and Castle and Oval tube stations. Convenient area with good choice of shops, as well as East Street Market. If you like keeping fit, we are near to The Gym Walworth Road and beautiful Burgess Park is just at the end of the road. We are five minutes from Camberwell Green, which has a brilliant nightlife.

This is a comfortable maisonette flat with three bedrooms, a spacious kitchen/sitting room, a refurbished bathroom and a sweet little garden. There is also some extra storage. You would be sharing with a couple: James works in IT and Jessica is a working artist. We enjoy cooking, eating together (but we also respect each other’s privacy) and sharing fun and music.
