I have a bright and spacious room and private bathroom available in a four bedroom house in Brixton. I live with three fantastic housemates (1 guy, 2 girls) who are architects/work for the BBC. Everyone enjoys hanging out together, sharing meals and generally having a good time. We are looking for a non smoker, who is tidy and sociable to take my room whilst I'm away for work. The room will be fully furnished and you would have full access to everything the house has to offer. The house is very well located just a short walk to Brixton Station, Denmark Hill or Loughborough Junction. The rent is 709pcm plus some bills.
