I'm looking for 2 flatmates for my beautiful flat in Camberwell. It has a private cloistered garden, all 3 bedrooms are equally sized with french windows leading into the garden. It's a really nice, relaxed and peaceful place.
I'm looking for clean, professional, cultured people. Social but quiet, not really looking for a party flat anymore. I'm a filmmaker, I work for the BFI on South Bank, so if you like film nights it could be the flat for you.
I have a cat, who is no trouble, funny and very friendly but not great for people with allergies.
Bills and rent are split equally, there will be an agency fee on top of the deposit.
