We are a couple (1 male, 1 female) looking to live with another couple (no preference) in our 3 bedroom flat. We would like to keep the third room as a spare bedroom for guests and extra storage. This room would be available for all housemates to make use of. We are lucky to have both a garden and a balcony which is a great place to sit out in the sunshine. We have a beautiful large living room with a shared television and a great kitchen perfect for socialising. The house is less than 10 minutes walk from both East Dulwich and Denmark Hill and well connected with buses to Waterloo, London Bridge and Victoria. We are looking for a couple who are tidy, friendly and share some of our interests. The room is £900 including all bills.
