Looking for a student to rent out my room!
Are you a student looking to rent out a room in a beautiful house?
I'm looking for someone to replace me and rent out my room for the next year, safely under contract. The bedroom comes furnished with a single bed or without bed, included with wardrobe, chest of drawers, library and period fireplace. Overlooks the newly refurbished garden which is shared, just like the spacious kitchen and double living room. The house has three bathrooms and they're all shared as well.
The flatmates are three girls and all of them are students, the house although isn't very noisy or very busy at all. They're all approximately 20 and they study Drama, Art and Media & Communications. What we're looking for in a potential flatmate is someone which can get along with everyone and share a family house for a year, hopefully also someone fun, not too messy and willing to help out with the communal cleaning that needs to be done every once in a while.
The rent is 800pm but does not include bills, which are approximately 100£ a month and include ultra fast broadband connection, and television with SKY.
- £800 pcm (single)
