Double room in Camberwell available for 5 weeks

Hello!

I am moving out of our lovely flat after nearly two years and I need to find someone to take my room for the remaining 5 weeks left on the contract.

It is available from 13th August to 16th September and I'll need someone to take it for this whole period. The rent is £670/month + bills.

The room is a large double, which comes furnished (but without any of my actual stuff in the photo, like bedding etc). The flat is a newly refurbished ground floor conversion with a really big open plan living room and kitchen. Sadly the christmas tree is no longer alive.

A 5-10 min walk to Camberwell Green with great pubs and restaurants. And a couple of newish trendy cafes just down the road too. Camberwell road has tonnes of busses going everywhere; central London, Shoreditch, Birxton etc

You'll be living with Aaron (26, Urban Designer) and Robin (26, Architect)

We're looking for professional guy or girl, friendly, interesting etc.
