Room In Beautiful Large House In Camberwell

We live in a truly beautiful large old house with a huge and gorgeous garden in a quiet street in Camberwell. We are looking for an easy going and considerate professional (although post grad students are welcome provided you have funds to pay the rent etc reliably). It's a big house with a stunning garden. You'll be sharing with 3 adults who still chase their dreams but find unfortunately that their dreams are just that bit faster! We are a couple (journalist and stone restorer) with an 8 year old child and a friend who writes from home. Whilst this isn’t a party house it isn't a cocoa and slippers house either. We don’t live in each others pockets but neither are we hermits.

Generally it's a particularly nice, friendly and spacious place to live. There's a very large sitting room with French windows onto the garden and a lovely dining room/living area with an open fire. The bedroom is light and has lots of storage and also a basin in the corner. There are two other bathrooms. The road we're on is near the centre of Camberwell but it's a no-through road so it's tranquil. Please get in touch if you are interested or have any questions.
