2 rooms in beautiful Victorian town house

Hi guys!

My wife and I are renting out two rooms in a beautiful Victorian town house in Camberwell from mid-September onwards. The house boasts period features, wood floors and a garden, with the larger of the two rooms spread over 60 m2 with use of a private living room and en suite bathroom. Camberwell is a fantastic area with access to beautiful gastropubs, excellent transport links to central London and is within very short distance of the bars and restaurants of Brixton, Peckham and Dulwich.

We are a very easy-going and friendly couple who are very much into the arts and culture, my wife is a musician by trade and now director of a music festival and I work for a well known Software company (don't worry, I'm not a geek :0)). We have a small baby who is a joy to be around although if you are interested it would obviously be better if you are a "baby person", she is mega cute though :0)

We are looking to rent our rooms out to two females who have a similar outlook to ourselves and are into arts, culture, wine, good chats and having a laugh. The setup of the house would be perfect for two friends to share as you could basically have the whole top half of the house to yourselves which is equivalent to a reasonably sized flat, you would then have shared use of the kitchen and of course the garden.

Because of our baby the house will not be a banging "party house" but we will have plenty of house drinks and summer/Christmas parties. Our only stipulation also because of our baby is that no male guests are allowed to stay overnight. We are away on average once a month seeing family so those weekends you can absolutely do as you please, but while we are there with the baby then we would just like to limit it to us and you if that's OK.

Other than that it would be great to meet like minded people and share some great experiences, we will be refurbishing the rooms so they will be nice and new for when you move in.
