Friendly House Share, Camberwell.

We are looking for a housemate to fill our spare good/average sized double room (unfurnished) in a large shared house in Camberwell.
Fantastic location, 5 min walk to Camberwell green for buses and a 10 min walk to Denmark hill. 10 min walk to burgess park, and our garden backs onto Brunswick park which has free tennis courts and football/basketball court which we use regularly (as amateurs).
We are a very sociable group of people. We are very creative and relaxed and enjoy cooking together, playing music and going out. Two of us work full time, the other two are self employed. We have a cat and a good garden- large patio, bbq, chiminea and veg patch. The living room is fairly small but the kitchen is big and clean. Ideally looking for a girl to balance out the house but wouldn’t say no to a boy. All smokers/ drinkers welcome. Two bathrooms, one with a shower, one with a bath, both with toilets. Utility room with washing machine.
All Bills Included with broadband as well.
