We have a single furnished bedroom going in a fantastic 4 bed house. Move in date 30th September.

The house is extremely homely with a large open-plan dining and living room. There is a good size kitchen overlooking the garden, 2 toilets and a good sized bathroom. The house also comes with off-road parking.

Location:
The house is a 10minute bus journey from Vauxhall (bus stop less than a minute walk away) - from here you can go anywhere! Oval is our nearest tube - only 10minutes walk.
Loads of other bus routes serving the area including night busses.

Rent:
The room is £500 per month. Bills, council tax, internet etc. included

About us:
We are 3 professionals aged 23-27. We are very sociable and are keen to find a housemate who is willing to integrate with us and see the house as a friendly home. We have lots of interests - tea, pub trips, exploring new areas, cooking, chilled evenings in, nights out, TV - being a few.
