Beautiful Furnished Double Bedroom in Peckham Rye

Hi there we are a really lovely couple (according to our friends!) who are looking to rent a room out in our house which is equidistant to Peckham Rye and Denmark Hill stations and a ten minute walk to Camberwell Green on a very friendly (and safe) residential street. We have a 3 bedroom semi detached house with large garden. Cost is £800 and all bills including cleaner are included. We also have a dog (poodle) who is very friendly and also anti allergic (I have asthma which is the reason I got a poodle!). I run my own business and my partner works as an events director and as such we lead pretty busy lives. We are quite house proud and so would suit someone who wants a clean tidy house (although not in an OCD kind of way!). We are not a 'couply' couple so please don't be put off by that. We have had several of our friends live with us before who will all tell you we are very involving and whilst we are independent we will also be welcoming of your joining us for the odd BBQ, drink at the local pub or dinner! The room is a lovely spacious and light double bedroom with views over the private garden. You would share a big bathroom which has both shower and bath. The room is painted Dark Farrow and Ball 'Drawing Room' Blue and at the moment has our pictures up but feel free to replace with your own to make it feel more like home. There is a chest of drawers and wardrobe, bed (which is apparently very comfortable) and two bedside tables & bedside lamps. Would suit professional who is looking for a lovely home to live within easy distance of the bars and restaurants on Bellenden Road or Camberwell Church Street as well as a quick hop into town or Shoreditch from Peckham Rye. I also go running around Dulwich Park and Peckham Rye which are a 20-30 minute walk away. There is a great local shop which sells everything you need until late and you are also only 10 minutes walk from Rye Lane which has everything including Superdrug, Primarni, HSBC and lots of markets for the basics as well as lots of exotic food!
